Paul Coleman

Paul M. Coleman, a native of Southwest Virginia, grew up on a general livestock farm and has been active in exhibiting livestock throughout the including the State Fair of Virginia. He is a 1961 graduate of VPI with a degree in Animal Science.

He has been a licensed real estate agent with Royer & McGavock, Ltd. since 1980. He owns and operates a general livestock farm in the Scottsville area of approximately 1,000 acres.

Christopher “Kit” Collins

With Royer & McGavock since 1985, Kit had a very broad based education and experience all over the globe.

In his years as a real estate broker Kit has closed dozens of sales in Charlottesville, Albemarle County, Staunton, Augusta County and in twelve other Virginia counties and cities. Notable sales include farms from 30 to 1500 acres, shopping centers, office buildings, historic landmarks, and finer residences.

Tom McCrystal

Tom McCrystal grew up on a farm in West Warwick, Rhode Island, and in 1973, he moved to Charlottesville, Virginia. Soon after his move he began his own business as an insurance broker and registered representative of a securities company.

In 1980, Tom added real estate to his business and became associated with Royer & McGavock, where commercial, estate and farm property are his main interests. During his career he has received many awards for high achievement, including the CAAR “Top Producers” award.
